DevelopMore is a non-profit organization based in Baltimore, MD, dedicated to empowering young men through meaningful summer employment and transformational experiences. Our mission is to provide young men with the skills to address immediate economic needs while nurturing personal growth and development. At DevelopMore, we understand that a summer away from home in a new environment while working a fast-paced job can shape your future in unimaginable ways. That is why our program focuses on providing young men with a unique and unparalleled experience. Participants in our program gain practical experience in independent living and build strong bonds with like-minded individuals, fostering a strong sense of brotherhood. This distinct experience cannot be recreated elsewhere and offers young men prospects for personal development, career exploration, financial gain, and a fresh perspective on their future. Our flagship program, the Ocean City Workforce Development Program, is designed for young men aged 16-19. In this program, participants can learn essential life skills, live independently, and work in Ocean City, MD, during the summer months. Participating in this program gives young men practical experience and the tools they need to succeed in their future endeavors.
