I started devlogic to do recruitment properly – fewer clients, closer partnerships, better results. Nearly a decade on, I’ve placed over 200 permanent software engineers across the UK and US. Some of my proudest placements are the ones that last. A senior engineer I placed at a UK retailer went on to become their Head of Engineering after 9 years. A junior developer I placed at a travel company is still there 7 years later, now working as a Solutions Architect. That’s what DevLogic is about: finding people who make a real impact and stay the course. For startups, I help founders and CTOs make their first critical hires. For growing engineering teams of 10 - 50, I focus on speed and quality – most of my hires go from CV to offer in just over 2 weeks, with an 80% CV-to-interview rate.
