About Devon Integrated Social Care Alliance

The Alliance is values-driven and built upon the principles of healthy system stewardship. We are an inclusive, cross-sector multidisciplinary group committed to working together to find new and better ways of thinking and delivering social care. We aim to create a trusted space to bravely co-design, co-produce and collaborate as equal partners for the improvement and transformation of social care for the benefit of those cared for, for staff and for our organisations that make up the Integrated Care System in Devon. As we know Disca membership has grown very quickly and continues grow bigger everyday. This forum and supporting Whatsapp groups are to provide a platform for peer to peer support within the social care sector in Devon.
