Dewhurst Consult has significant experience delivering high-end residential and mixed-use developments in inner and central London. These range from complex refurbishments including full footprint one and two storey basements to new builds and projects in conservation areas and occupied buildings. Dewhurst Consult offers inception to completion or one off reporting, co-ordination of professional teams of all disciplines and contractors. Dewhurst Consult is currently managing multiple projects from private sector clients with combined project values in excess of £50m reporting directly to client or investor level. With the Construction Inspection services, Dewhurst Consult carry out site inspections and are often granted commercial decision making on behalf of clients. Site inspections can be weekly, twice weekly, thrice weekly or even daily at certain stages on some projects. This level of professional attendance on site, combined with modern technology, enables instant reporting to other professionals and ensures contractors’ queries have the potential to be dealt with immediately, which is our aim in most cases, reducing delays and associated costs.
