DGT is the provider of comprehensive telecommunication and IT solutions. The company develops and integrates the innovative technologies of fast data, video and voice transmission, Internet access, and broadband multimedia services access using traditional media and convergent networks. DGT's solutions are used by the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, mobile and traditional telephony operators, as well as by the representatives of the public administration, industry and business. Implementation of existing and future projects of DGT would not be possible if it were not its employees. Currently DGT employs more than 200 employees. DGT has been cooperating with the best Polish universities. Every year from their graduates recruit new employees. The company has its own central laboratory conducting specialized research and development. The employment in the area of R & D seek the best computer scientists, programmers, designers, control engineers and analysts. This group is focused on creativity and execution specific projects.
