About DH Investments
DH Investment Company (DHI) was established in 1983 by David Hill and Tom Darmstadter to develop master-planned residential communities and commercial properties. In the years since, DHI has developed and managed a wide variety of real estate projects throughout Texas and Louisiana. DHI has been involved in the development of over 10,000 acres of residential properties including golf course communities and other high-quality single-family developments, focusing primarily on the Austin and San Antonio areas. Additionally, DHI has developed, owned and managed hundreds of thousands of square feet of income producing projects including major retail centers, office buildings, and multi-family properties. Charlie Hill, president, and David Hill, CEO, continue to lead DHI in preserving the legacy and beauty of the land while navigating the tedious entitlement process that is necessary to maximize and preserve value. Because of its tenure of experience with ever changing market conditions, DHI approaches each project with a long-term perspective. DHI is able to identify and capitalize on unique value-add opportunities while maintaining conservative investment structures in order to successfully weather down cycles. All of the projects in DHI’s 25+ year history have been profitable. DHI is currently seeking land development, commercial property acquisition and management opportunities.
