Dhanani Private Equity Group (DPEG) is a Houston-based real estate development and private equity firm that provides investment opportunities through various development and acquisition methods. Returns from our portfolio of multifamily, retail shopping centers, office buildings, land, hotels, and convenience stores have ranged between 7.7% and 266.7% annually. However, our target annual return remains 20-35%, and we have consistently met or outperformed that benchmark. DPEG has provided investors weighted-average annual returns of 33% in 2021, 46% in 2022, 47% in 2023, and 20% in 2024 based on the equity raised over numerous exited projects. Overall, DPEG’s blended weighted-average annual return is 35% over the course of multiple exits made over the last few years.
