About Dialect Work

I'm Dillon and I'm an accent reduction coach. My students' goal is to sound more American specifically and I help them with that! I'll be posting tips here to help you with your pronunciation if you're looking to sound like a native speaker and more clear in general. These two goals align with each other! I'm not a native speaker myself and had to work on reducing my accent when I came to the US. It took a lot of hard work, consistency and patience but I firmly believe that anybody can reduce their accent. Truth be told, I don't necessarily think of this process as 'reduction' but rather as learning the language to the best of our ability. I was always very passionate about languages and wanted to speak them as well as possible.
