Our staff then carried out the plan and communicates progress and concerns back to our team and your family. Our goal is to optimize the strengths and abilities of each person, so that they can safely perform routine activities (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking) and live for as long as possible at home. We have considerable experience dealing with elderly people, people with dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and other disabilities, as well as people of all ages with conditions that need support with everyday life activities.
