About DIAN-TU at Washington University in St. Louis
The DIAN-TU has launched the world’s first prevention trial for at-risk families with DIAD. It evaluates the safety, tolerability and effectiveness of these drugs and will determine if they can prevent, delay, or possibly even reverse Alzheimer’s disease changes in the brain.
