In Didactist we set the topicality and AI as the crucial points in developing our tool. The idea is simple – the user chooses the domain of interest, type of practice and skills to improve. Then, the program searches for the needed material on the Internet and arranges the learning program, lessons or a set of exercises. The benefits are obvious – saving precious time and nerves of teachers and improving their students’ performance. The DIDACTIST platform supposed to consist of four components: skills development, knowledge acquisition (discovery), a knowledge and performance tracker. At the core of the DIDACTIST method for teaching is the idea that students acquire knowledge most effectively when guided either by teachers or a program. Didactist aimed to help students to learn effectively, and teachers to follow their students’ performance. Being the most valuable resource for student success, teacher's time is scarce. Therefore, DIDACTIST develops a tool that enables teachers to save time and focus on what they do best: teaching. From exercise preparation to skills development, Didactist is a time-saving tool for language teachers and it is essential to increase students’ success and teacher’s satisfaction with their job.
