About Dietz Coaching

Our specialized focus lies in applying depth psychological approaches within business contexts, combining extensive experience in executive coaching and coach development. We take pride in having trained over 500 professional coaches through our signature program "Psychology of Change - Emotional Intelligence in Coaching." Participants experience a carefully structured didactic approach, incorporating intensive experiential learning and evidence-based methodologies. This comprehensive framework enables them to guide their clients with enhanced confidence and professional competence, drawing from deep psychological understanding. The program was originally conceived in 2001 in collaboration with distinguished experts Ingeborg Dietz, Thomas Dietz, Halko Weiss, Edgar Geiselhardt, and Walter Wölfle. We are proud to be supported by the next generation of distinguished coach educators: Nina Schabel-Pittracher, Bettina Berger, and Christian Ried. Since its launch in 2002, we have successfully delivered over 30 iterations, continuously refining our approach to meet evolving professional standards. Our methodology integrates psychodynamic principles, attachment theory, and contemporary neuroscience, providing coaches with a robust foundation for facilitating meaningful organizational and personal transformation.
