About Differentiate Group

Differentiate Group is a coaching practice dedicated to peak performance through self-discovery and adult learning. We provide bespoke coaching services to senior leaders, high performing teams, professionals operating independently and business owners. Founded in 2013 by Andrew Barlow, Differentiate Group was designed to also partner with like-minded practitioners and specialty groups to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients. We are a global, virtual practice able to be accessed by clients from all countries and cultures. We are passionately committed to every coaching partnership and sponsoring organisation to develop client thinking and behaviours for excelled performance. We seek to build on existing capability as well as enable clients to discover exceptional skills they may never have thought possible. We believe that everyone has a speciality. A uniqueness.
