We publish impartial, in-depth and engaging content on cocktails, beers, spirits and liqueurs, as well as the best bars in which to enjoy them. Difford's Guide was founded by Simon Difford - a renowned and respected drinks expert who has been involved in the industry for over 25 years. In addition to our website we publish a series of books, including the much loved Difford's Guide to Cocktails, now on its 17th edition. We also have a creative arm which partners with drinks companies, providing photography, videography and design services.
