Established in 2009 in the City of London, Digital Vega works with a wide group of buy-side clients covering hedge funds, private and regional banks, asset managers and agency brokers. Liquidity is provided by 14 major Banks with 3 more joining in 2018 Medusa Buy Side The Medusa Trading platform delivers indicative pricing, aggregated, executable streamed liquidity and detailed post-trade analytics. Disclosed trading is either bilateral or via multiple prime brokers. Medusa also offers a wide range of connectivity options; order staging and management, buy-side FIX trading API, Implied volatility API and Provider substitution. Post trade STP is offered via a dedicated FIX STP API or via 3rd party providers Liquidity Hub Interbank As new regulations bite, banks are focused on costs and efficiency improvements and are now exploring new trading solutions In 2017, DV was approached by a group of banks to explore the use of DV’s infrastructure to create an RFQ based trading hub. Liquidity Hub is phase 1 of a fully electronic CLOB for Options. In order to attract liquidity, DV has introduced a maker/taker brokerage model Private Banking Solutions In order to meet growing demand from Private banks, DV is developing a comprehensive exotic option/structured product white label solution and is already working with a Tier 1 Private Bank in Switzerland to deliver such solution in Q3 2018. As part of this expansion, Digital Vega is opening a sales and development office in Singapore to support these new projects. This will be followed by a US office in early 2019 Market Data Finally, Digital Vega is working with a group of major banks to provide a rich and robust FX option market data solution to meet more exacting best execution requirements across the industry
