DigitalRez Australia (DRA) was formed in 2001 when Australian based Hospitality Computer Systems (founded 1985) partnered with DigitalRez International to further develop, market & support online reservation software products in Australasia. DRA services hundreds of properties encompassing large Central Reservation Systems, Caravan Parks, Backpackers, Community Markets, Mining Camps, Pet Boarding and varied Accommodation properties in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. We also distribute and maintain an online indigenous permit system that can be used by indigenous communities to manage visitors on country, issue permits and book campsites and accommodation. DRA is based in Emu Park, Queensland, the office supports local Help Desk, Application Documentation, Development/Testing and Sales and Marketing. Since 2012, DigitalRez Australia has also maintained & continually developed a local RezExpert Central Reservation System customized for New South Wales National Parks & Wildlife Service (NPWS). The NPWS Central Reservation & Property Management system services over 130 campgrounds and hard roofed accommodation properties with Online, On Premises and Contact Centre booking options. DigitalRez has developed and marketed reservation software systems internationally to the camping and accommodation industries since 1992. Serving properties worldwide, the user base is comprised of campgrounds, holiday parks, hotels, motels, hostels, marinas, charter operations, community markets, ticketing systems and indigenous permit to country systems. With offices in Canada, Barbados and Australia, DigitalRez has been operating for over 29 years providing leading edge solutions to the accommodation and hospitality sector world-wide.
