Our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health by providing personalized, culturally competent care that honors each patient’s dignity, values, and unique needs. Access remains a fundamental problem in healthcare. While concierge medicine has become a valuable solution for many, it remains out of reach for underserved communities. Our goal is to bridge this gap, recognizing that everyone—regardless of background—is made in the image of God (Imago Dei) and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Our model offers customers in more affluent markets the option to pay a membership fee for on-demand, concierge-level care. This fee not only enhances their own access but also contributes a percentage of their investment to fund quality healthcare for patients with chronic diseases, like diabetes and hypertension, in underserved areas. Though socioeconomics may divide us, our need for quality healthcare unites us all. Our goal is to address/provide a solution to the top reasons for lack of access to healthcare in underserved communities in Orlando, Florida and provide measures to assess our progress in achieving these goals. The top reasons for lack of access include (but are not limited to): 1) High cost of health care 2) Provider shortages 3) Low health literacy 4) Limited transportation options
