About Dil Studio

DILStudio was established in 1970, with the aim of extending the classical search, focused on top management, also to the middle management and operative skilled staff. DILStudio has always been open to meet all its clients's requirements, offering “Tailor made” results and this has allowed the continuous widening of our know-how, creating and maintaining close relationships with our clients. During our long activity we have been working with national and multinational companies, associations, big and small consulting firm and professional companies. In order to better perform our task, we deem basic to comprehend the company’s philosophy, ethics and methods concerning human resources; and to clearly identify the Candidates' expectations from a professional and personal point of view. We are used to work in a very pragmatic terms enabling us to give prompt answers. Each partner is responsible for and directly looks after the project he has been entrusted starting from the first contact with the client up to the presentation of the Candidates, relying of course on the internal synergies. It was our choice to maintain a small size company. As a matter of fact, we never joined any network to be forced to follow group strategies, which would somewhat limit our autonomy and possibly change our way of operating.
