The group employs nearly 10,000 people. Entirely owned manufacturing facilities are in Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Morocco, Pakistan & joint venture dedicated factories in China. Additional sourcing includes strategic manufacturing partners in China. All factories are mature; operating between 10 & 15 years. Combined global manufacturing capacity is 3 million garments per month of woven bottoms, tops, pants, shorts, skirts, jackets & sweaters. Total investment in manufacturing & related assets exceeds $100 million. These assets include the latest equipment and machinery available in sewing, finishing laundry, water treatment, recycling & energy production. Offices in New York, Hong Kong, and China constantly engage in raw materials sourcing and development, working regularly with 30 mills in Asia (China, Hong Kong, and Cambodia) that are able to offer piece goods, denim, piece dyes, & yarn dyes at all price levels ranging from basic to premium and high premium denim. Product & sample development is a group wide effort that takes place in New York, China, & all the manufacturing facilities themselves. Design teams in New York, Hong Kong, & China are constantly in tune with the latest fashion development in the US market. A central sample facility in China processes over 2,500 samples monthly. This Division is able to sell products on FOB, LDP or hybrid basis. Over the last 2 years our reputable customers included Levi Strauss, Tommy Hilfiger, American Eagle, Kenneth Cole,Jordache, Kikit, Castro, JC Penney, Sears, K-Mart, Millers, Pacific Sunwear, Zara, Bershka, TJMAXX & many others.
