DiNisco Design is an award-winning firm of architects specializing in educational, municipal, and institutional facilities. These facilities serve a variety of communities, and their environs include urban neighborhoods, campus settings, historic buildings, and suburban locations. Since its inception in 1978, DiNisco Design has been guided by three principles: excellence, loyalty, and service. Our philosophy is personal service. We specialize in new construction, as well as complex, phased renovations and additions carried out while buildings remain in operation. In addition, our experience includes historic restoration, “background” buildings, and landmark structures. Public projects receive intense scrutiny, so we are sensitive to this and extremely responsive to budget, scheduling, and quality control. We organize projects by teams, headed by a principal and a project manager. The team stays with the project from planning through construction to assure design clarity, document consistency, continuity, and immediate responsiveness.
