About Dinsdale & Co Skincare

Catherine is the founder and girl boss of Dinsdale & Co Skincare, a company that focuses on creating high quality skincare products that promote healthy skin, whilst being mindful of animals and the environment. Based in Yorkshire producing all the products by hand, Catherine has the knowledge, creativity and care, to make Dinsdale skincare what it is today. Before Skincare! Catherine has worked as a hair and makeup artist in film, television and theatre for 20 years, creating hair and makeup looks for an array of famous faces in many locations around the world. Before that, Catherine was a beauty therapist for 3 years specialising in facials and skin. Over the year Catherine’s skin became more and more sensitive and not even the most sensitive of products helped. After lots of research due to Catherine’s issues with sensitive skin, she discovered natural skincare was the way to go. What a revelation, no more reactions and so in 2010 the journey began learning all about plant based skincare and started making skincare in her kitchen in Yorkshire. Catherine furthered her knowledge by studying natural skincare and how to formulate recipes. Learning along the way, that plant based skincare is not only great for your skin but has amazing benefits for your health too. Over the years family, friends and actresses would ask what skincare Catherine used and she would say “My skincare” In reply would be “Yes but which brand?”, people were always shocked and then interested when she explained her difficulties with having sensitive skin and this is when Catherine decided to develop her own plant based skincare range. In February 2021 Dinsdale & Co Skincare launched, a boutique range with sensitive skin in mind, from normal, dry, oily to combination. It was the start of an exciting journey of creating sensitive skincare that also was cruelty free eco friendly
