Over 40 years of experience in executives search, board members, presidents, senior vice-presidents and vice-presidents with various profiles such as in finance, human resources, operations, sales, marketing etc. Dion Management was founded by Pierre Dion M.Sc., IR who gained in-depth experience in executive search at Price Waterhouse, Ernst & Young and a very good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry while working at Bristol-Myers Squibb, early in his career, and subsequently through several assignments over the years. Dion Management is also active in organizational structure review and design, decision process improvement, management policies review, etc. Our firm joined an international search group (ISA) as an Associate in 1991. As a member of International Search Associates (ISA), a global network of 41 associates dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism within the field, we offer our clients access to professionals throughout the network located in larger cities in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
