About Direct Telecom
Direct Telecom is a Spanish company dedicated to providing top quality telephony, internet broadband, mobile and IPTV services in Spain and its islands at highly-competitive rates. Our roots go all the way back to the 1996 launch of pioneering alternative phone services in Spain, and we have been trading under our current name since 2000. In 2005 we were the 1st in the industry to launch a convergent ADSL service incorporating VoIP technology as well as the most competitive rates. Since then, the company has grown and managed to stay at the forefront of all the new technologies that have transformed the field. Direct Telecom holds contractual agreements with all of the top network carriers throughout the country meaning we can provide network coverage all over. We are able to deliver Internet Broadband services using a variety of technologies including: Fibre Optics (FTTH), WIMAX, 4G LTE, 5G, ADSL, Guaranteed Business Fibres and we also provide Dedicated Circuits. Over the years, we have built our success not just on the strength of the services we offer, but also on our strong commitment to achieve client satisfaction. Our team members are of various nationalities, so we can fully understand how important it is for many of our customers to be able to communicate with us in plain English, German, Flemish/Dutch or French.
