Discount-Licensing, formerly known as Disclic, is notable for being the company that created a secondary Microsoft 'Volume' software licence market that now spans across Europe. In development since 2003, our company initially worked closely with Microsoft in order to establish whether a secondary market could co-exist. We have since built up a company with a vast network of partners and resellers working within the Private and Public sectors across Europe, which firstly specialises in buying disused / surplus intangible Microsoft software licence assets from global organisations whom have migrated to the Cloud, downsized or become insolvent. Those pre-owned Microsoft software licences are then resold at discounted prices to businesses that are experiencing a software licence shortfall, migrating to a hybrid Cloud / on-premise solution or to a more recent version. Discount-Licensing prides itself in pioneering processes that differentiates itself from the rest of the market; offering 100% Transparency: our Secondary Software Licence Centre (SSLC) is our unique pre-owned software client web portal and answer to Microsoft’s Volume Licence Service Centre (VLSC); 100% Insured: our Professional Indemnity insures the channel for every transaction / 100% Compliant: we are ISO 9001: 2015 certified (EU & UK) and we warrant that every transaction is completed in accordance with the European Software Directive 2009/24/EC.
