About Dish Dash Deets

With over 15 years healthcare experience and 10 years working in senior corporate roles, I have a passion and proven success for bringing wellness into everyday life. I am a clinician scientist and gut-health influencer and made it my mission to come up with amazing plant-based recipes and lifestyle plans to help fight gut issues. I have been living with inflammatory bowel disease since 2014 as well as recovering from an eating disorder since my teens. This has fuelled my commitment to coach and support others in making healthier decisions for long term gut health and wellness. I aim to create a fun and upbeat way of educating others as seen on Ready Steady Cook, Newsround and BBC Radio shows. Being a gut health advocate means that I am often sought after for comment in several leading national press outlets.
