About Disotec
In a changing market, which sees the change and alternation of the purchasing policies of operators from direct to indirect and vice versa according to the dynamics of growth and development of the networks, our flexible, proactive and active approach allows us to offer a lean, precise service capable of satisfying the increasingly challenging needs of our customers. In 2017 DISOTEC develops its own range of ductile iron manhole covers according to EN 124-2, dedicated exclusively to TLC infrastructures. Thanks to the considerable experience gained in the sector, the manhole covers are designed to offer the best levels of safety, ease of installation and durability. These qualities allow us to obtain the qualification as manhole cover manufacturers for the main Italian TLC operators: TIM, Fastweb, OpEn Fiber and Infratel. The courageous and demanding choice to start the production of HDPE miniducts and multiducts in fender or bundle configuration at our headquarters in Lainate (Mi) in 2018. Gradually, but in a short time, a factory is built with modern production lines, developed ad hoc with the use of exclusive technologies. The production phases are equipped with on-line controls with feedback on process parameters, all lines are also networked according to the most modern industrial automation criteria (Industry 4.0). The latest news is our DISOTEC Academy, a highly qualified training service aimed at optical fiber installers and splicers for preparation according to the X Y Z requirements required by OpEn Fiber to operate on their networks. At our headquarters, respecting the OpEn Fiber network schemes, an external test plant (completed, central side, inside the training rooms) was created that simulates an entire passive optical network, overhead and underground, from the central to the user, on which it is possible to carry out exercises
