Distinguished Homes complete all architectural drawings and design in-house, as we understand that this is a very important part of the building process. Some builders may rely on external consultants, but at Distinguished Homes we keep the design process simple by having only one point of call – us. About Adrian: Adrian’s career in the building industry began at an early age working with his late father, whom was a structural engineer and also founder and director of Assured Quality Constructions. Building on his experience and vast knowledge, Adrian got his Diploma in Building and Construction. Adrian started his career in structural design detailing and has 14 years tradesman experience, as well as 9 years building manager experience. With his creative mind and passion for building, Distinguished Homes was created. Adrian treats every detail and aspect of every home he builds as if it were his own. His rapport with his clientele speaks for itself and he is proudly a hands-on builder. Most of the time you will find Adrian working on site with the Distinguished Homes team to ensure your home has the highest possible standard of finish and consistency throughout.
