Washington DC: A 14,500 sf facility with eight indoor flower rooms, extraction lab, and kitchen to produce edibles, concentrates, and topicals. We are the number one brand in Washington, D.C. across multiple market segments. Maryland: An 81,000 sf facility including 40,000 sf of canopy in a mixed light state-of-the-art glasshouse. LED light supplementation and drain water recycling make this cultivation facility a pioneer in sustainable commercial cannabis production. Currently the #6 brand in Maryland, but anticipate becoming #3 brand in 2024 based on current growth and vertical integration. Vertical Integration 2024: We will be vertically integrated in both markets in 2024. We have a flagship retail location opening in the vibrant Union Market community of DC (Q2 2024) and a cannabis superstore in a to-be-announced location in Maryland (Q2/Q3 2024). We also have a new processing facility opening in Maryland (Q2 2024) which will expand our product offerings.
