DITLOU CONSULTING’S mission is to fill a niche for specialized professional services created by the increasing emphasis on community driven development and the need for rapid increase in the infrastructure and housing delivery. The increasing support from the state, non – government organizations and funding agents for development infrastructure and housing projects has highlighted the need for experienced development consultants to assist in providing the much – needed capacity in order to streamline and manage delivery.
