About Divco Inc
We are a commercial and industrial only HVAC contractor. We have 37 technicians that service Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho, and North Eastern Oregon. Specializing in maintenance, repair, and replacement of existing equipment. This includes boilers, chillers, BAS controls, Pneumatic controls, rooftop units, and anything else that heats and cools a building. Our install team specializes in adding new equipment, replacing existing equipment, and replacing controls. We are a Schneider electric dealer for BAS controls. Our service team has a two-hour response time in our normal operating area. With offices in Spokane, Post Falls, Colville, Okanogan, Wilbur, Wenatchee, Moses Lake, Yakima, Kennewick, Lewiston, and Pullman. By managing multiple locations, we provide our clients with coinvent response times for quality diagnostics, repairs and solutions. Maintaining your equipment and a set schedule is very important. Let us set you up with a maintaince plan that is completely customized to your needs and schedule. We offer commercial plumbing services with in the Spokane Area as well as backflow testing and replacement. After hours is not a problem with 24/7 coverage of our service area
