We are a NOT FOR PROFIT SCUBA Diving School for Mental Health difficulties. We believe SCUBA gives freedom from life's ups and downs by becoming neutrally buoyant in your mind. We're working to use SCUBA diving as a form of therapy to combat mental health issues & difficulties. Whether you're just feeling down, stressed, or you have more pressing matters such as Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Social Anxiety, problems with bullying, self belief, or self confidence. We believe the act of breathing underwater holds the key to your minds weightlessness. No matter if you're a non-diver, or you're already a certified open water diver. Whether you want to just experience breathing underwater or you want to go all the way to becoming a rescue diver. d.a.d can work with you to achieve your goals. As well as receiving expert underwater instruction, we have partners who offer services in counselling, psychology, health food, yoga, free diving, & community events for the less fortunate.
