We’re committed to helping our clients explore new opportunities, and overcome their biggest, most complex diversity issues. We also develop and deliver a variety of events and projects to challenge and overcome recruitment barriers. Over the years we have worked with 1000's of students with disabilities those who are LGBTQ+, BAME, female identifying and those that come from lower social economic backgrounds. Our events are unfailingly effective. Students get the chance to hear from professionals like their own background - experienced role models who can talk all about their career progression and tackle any worries on that it's like to work within various sectors. Diversity Solutions project manage all events from start to finish including reviewing applications, short listing, design and management of the event plus detailed follow up and return on investment reporting.
