After this information is submitted the acquisition rep will reach out within a calendar day(Avg 4 hrs) with an offer. When an offer is accepted Divestic Ventures can use an agents GAR contract or an option of our personal contracts. As soon as a contract goes binding Divestic Ventures will submit all information to the closing attorneys on the contract for the title pulling process. We will then setup a day for one of our inspectors to go inspect the property(we stay away from doing multiple inspections).Throughout the transaction you will be contacted by one of our transaction coordinators to help guide you through the process and all the way to closing!
