DIVIDEX™ = return on ownership of securities, like dividends or securities lending programs. DIVIDEX Management, LLC focuses on increasing DIVIDEX™ for institutional investors without investment of any additional capital. Our first product will seek to improve investor returns on what we believe is a largely ignored, $5+ billion per-year asset: fraud claims arising from an investor’s purchase of portfolio securities. We designed our comprehensive service to commence with a back-audit of class action filings with respect to clients’ portfolio securities to seek to identify missed or undervalued claims and, where prudent, file or supersede unpaid claims in an effort to capture unrealized DIVIDEX™ return. We use proprietary methods to monitor clients’ global portfolios in an effort to identify potential claims in the United States and around the world and provide independent evaluation, strategic advice and monitoring services on all proposed and pending securities litigation claims to which clients have exposure. If and when these claims result in settlements, we evaluate fairness, and when the client remains a class member, we use proprietary modeling techniques in an effort to identify and file for the maximum permitted recovery and reconcile collections to improve DIVIDEX™ return for client portfolios. Our objective is to assist clients in providing better fiduciary service for this asset management and recovery. We also provide insurance through DIVIDEX Risk Insurance Company, DST, for clients that join securities litigation with adverse party cost (loser pays) risk where the cases meet our underwriting criteria.
