Our experience in formulations consents the creation of flavours always meeting both innovative and traditional demands. Ice cream, chocolate, sweets, soft drinks, liquors, bakery, products for food supplements, savoury, meat, zootechnics and tobacco are the sectors in which our competence increases the value of your product. DKS AROMATIC has invested in vanguard technologies because our technical capacity and formulation know-how are our strong points. Our laboratories are able to offer on-site trials and tests on flavours to our customers. DKS Aromatic is able to supply not only products but also ad hoc formulation services and a data-base on more than 5000 flavours having been formulated during forty years’ consolidated experience in the field. Our working process is first of all foreseeing a qualitative systematic analysis of raw materials employed into the flavour composition as well as the analysis of critical points during the preparation stage (HACCP). We use vanguard technologies such as gas-chromatography and mass-spectrometry, chemical-physical tests, ingredients molecular interaction, organoleptic analysis (olfactory and gustative). At the end we apply the flavour into the finished product in order to guarantee the optimal dosage.
