Since the founding of DLR Contracting, Inc. in 1999, our goal has remained the same: to provide quality construction work with great value for our customers. The DLR Contracting, Inc. staff has over 200 combined years of experience in the construction industry. Our administrator-level oversight and hands-on management, along with the exceptional work of our qualified subcontractors, will provide you with the utmost satisfaction in the services you hire us for. DLR is an established and respected company in Virginia with the ability to complete commercial construction projects of any scope. Our previous projects include those ranging from 700 square foot interior buildouts to more than 170,000 square foot mega-retail strip buildings. DLR is the preferred general contractor for Silver Companies whose success in the mid-Atlantic region as a high quality land developer of tens-of-millions of square feet of retail, office, residential, lodging, industrial and entertainment projects are well known. A great majority of our work has been for Silver Companies and their associates.
