Developer of the Daisy Positive Pressurisation Ventilation (PPV) for the pressurisation of basement lobbies. This allows the omission of expensive 0.4m2 fire rated ducting and meets the requirements of Section 2.47 of Approved Document B for means of escape and follows Section 7.6 (2) of the Smoke Control Association (SCA) guidance for Residential Buildings. Developer of Hob Guard, which allows greater flexibility on the cooking hob location in Studio & open plan Apartments and the prevention of hob cooking fires. The unit is manufactured and tested to the European Standard EN50615 which is for the prevention of hob fires. Developer of Kitchen Guard, which provides a trade-off for open plan kitchen apartments greater than 32m2 as restricted by BS9991:2015. The system forms an extension of the LD1 detection system to provide local hob detection and isolation of the power supply in accordance with the European Standard EN50615. The system also operates the apartment sounders to improved detection and pre movement time. The power supply to the cooker and kitchen sockets is also deactivated. Developer of Molly Hob Suppression which detects a hob fire and releases the suppressant onto the hob ensuring the fire is extinguished. The system can also isolate the power supply to the hob and activate the detector sounders. This allows greater flexibility on the cooking hob position.
