DMG / Property Management (Dierkes Management Group) was founded in 2019 by experienced property manager Natalie Dierkes, who brings to the company over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and currently manages over 150 units through her family’s real estate business, including more than 100,000 square feet of office and retail space in downtown Asheville. DMG / Property Management draws from extensive local knowledge and experience to market properties and negotiate leases that get the most value out of each owner’s investment. Our property maintenance team works with an established network of local tradesmen and vendors to ensure responsive and high-quality services, whether for routine maintenance, complete renovations, or emergency repairs. Property owners typically outsource leasing and management services together, but DMG also provides leasing-only options for owners who prefer to handle management and maintenance on their own. DMG's flexible design and renovation services provide both residential and commercial property owners with customized levels of support for any type of upfit or renovation.
