About DMK Law

We are here to help you with the many challenges that can arise in your workplace, or offer advice on parenting disputes, separation & division of relationship property. We will listen to your concerns & work with you to find the best solution for you. DMK Law began as a friendship formed in 2011 while we were working together at the same firm in family and employment law. We would often seek each other’s input and support while dealing with various cases. It became clear over the years that we are a great team with a similar philosophy, and both deeply care for our clients, ensuring the best outcome for them and to those who matter to them the most. In early 2019 we decided to take the plunge to form our partnership, this is how DMK Law was born. Stacey Tocker is one of the directors of DMK Law and practices primarily in family law, acting on a variety of family law matters, including (but not limited to): -parenting & guardianship disputes, -domestic violence, -separation & division of relationship property, -and acting for children when appointed by the court. Amanda Munting-Kilworth is the second director of DMK Law and along with acting on a variety of family law matters, she specialises in employment law for both employers & employees, including (but not limited to): -employment agreement drafting & negotiations, -restructuring & redundancy, -disciplinary matters, -performance management, -bullying & harassment, -and personal grievances. At the heart of our services is our willingness to assist you in the best possible way through the challenges you or your family may be facing.
