About DML Group

DML is an international development and project management consultancy operating across real estate markets. As development managers, we have been successful in representing both international and UK clients on high profile, landmark projects designed by renowned architects such as Sir Norman Foster, Sir Richard Rogers and Sir David Chipperfield. Our portfolio ranges from large scale urban developments to private, high quality residential apartments. This includes historically important buildings such as the Natural History Museum and the Café Royal in Central London. Our activities include responsibility for the asset management of property portfolios in UK and Central Europe. Our approach is to manage risk and drive value for all our client projects whether your role is owner, occupier, developer or funder of an investment. Typically, we act as Client Representative taking control of the masterplan development and complete project cycle. Our approach is practical and hands-on. We believe in building positive relationships across the entire professional team and driving momentum through the planning, design, construction, fit-out and commissioning process. We also provide discrete, real estate advice from change management through to defining property management strategies, acquisition and feasibility appraisals. This can include full technical due diligence to support the client’s investment decisions; procurement audits to provide value for money “health checks ” across the construction supply chain; and/or strategic advice to inform long term asset management or exit goals. All DML directors and senior staff are development professionals from property, architecture and construction procurement backgrounds.
