DMS Electronics are able to offer a total specialist electronic engineering solution. Our specialist electronic engineers are able to test, repair and overhaul a wide variety of equipment including: • Industrial PC’s • Process Control – Temperature controllers, Motor relays • Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) – Siemens S5, Siemens S7, Allen Bradley SLC500 and PLC5, Omron, range and many more • Monitors and HMI’s – TFT, CRT, Touchscreen, Panelview series and Siemens OP series etc • AC drives – ABB, Siemens, Lenze, Refu, Eurotherm, Danfoss, Control Techniques and many more. All I/O tested and run under load. • DC drives - Siemens 6RA2*, GE DC300 and many more, All digital and analogue I/O are fully tested and the drive run under load conditions. • Fuel Delivery Systems – Gilbarco, Wayne, Tokheim. Fuel delivery test rigs, pumps and vapour recovery units. • Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) – Any miscellaneous PCB can be repaired such as Elevator control boards, CNC control boards etc • Servo motors and drives – Control Techniques, Rexroth, Indramat, Lenze, Eurother, SSD, Siemens and more. • Power Supplies – Linear and switchmode. All outputs tested under full load This includes breakdown, repair and diagnostics of the above. All repairs are to a very high standard and we carry out preventative maintenance such as battery replacement, memory IC’s with Lithium cells replaced, parts with signs of ageing are replaced and much more as standard to help prolong the life of your equipment. Burnt boards can also be refurbished and re-tracked back to as new status as possible. All electronic repairs carry a warranty and emergency repairs can where possible be turned around the same day (if required) calling on our extensive inventory of components in stock. Repairs are fully tested where possible using our purpose built test rigs.
