DN Building is a family business in Darwin with a permanent team of six fully qualified builders. David Neal launched the business in 2011 after five years as foreman with another Darwin builder. David’s wife, Sarah, keeps things running smoothly from the company’s modern office and workshops in Winnellie, five minutes from Darwin city. We use the same team of quality local sub-contractors for every job—electrician, plumber, painter, tiler, refrigeration mechanic, plasterer, cabinet maker and concreter. Our relationships with Darwin’s best architects, engineers and certifiers makes the plans, approval and inspection process easy, fast and stress-free. Our clients come from all walks of life and income brackets. We can completely transform your ex-commission house or classic Darwin elevated, or we can dramatically improve your lifestyle just by giving your bathroom or kitchen a makeover or extending your living space with a timber deck. We work with people who have plans ready to go and people who have no idea where to start. And big or small, David manages the whole job, from the initial consultation, drafting plans and engineering approval, all trades and subcontractors, to inspections and certificates so everything’s signed off to code. You’ll only ever deal with David. He looks after the rest.
