About DNNovation Construction

After working together for 6 years delivering works throughout the UK and sharing the same drive and work ethic, Dorin, Nicolae and Nabil collectively with 36 years of industry knowledge and experience formed DNNovation. Throughout their years delivering works, they noticed a common trend within the resourcing and construction industry - a lack of relationship between the operatives supplied and the agencies supplying. Operatives were often just numbers sent to site without prior briefings or the correct equipment to carry out works required. So, to stop this cycle, they designed and implemented a programme to develop operative teams that aided them in the delivery of high-end projects. By developing the teams and building a rapport with each individual operative, they created a tight knit trusting community which made for a fantastic work environment. The quality of work being delivered by small group operatives outshone the quantity of operatives thought to be needed on site to deliver the same level of works. In turn, each operative became an invaluable member of the team used for all future works, relishing the challenges that presented themselves and collectively working through them. Exceptional feedback was received from their clients across all projects which led them to form DNNovation - a bespoke resourcing solution aiding in a smooth, safe and high-quality project delivery.
