Noah Bartholomew is a personal trainer with 12 years of experience serving the Renton Highlands and the Eastside. He believes that proper exercise and a healthy diet can not only improve one’s overall constitution, but boost one’s confidence as well. With a desire to help people from the local community to build healthy lifestyles and achieve personal fitness goals, Noah first opened the door to his Do Work Fitness Studio in October 2014 and has so far helped over 1,000 people with weight loss, performance training, and body transformations. As a natural athlete, Noah’s background in fitness began at an early age and continued through his adulthood. He played football, basketball, rugby, and trained for track. He is also a fitness model for Nike and Adidas and has competed and won several Men’s Physique competitions. After years of fitness training, Noah has learned the science and the process of body transformation through exercise and eating right which ultimately leads to a healthier lifestyle and a better quality of life. In his spare time and when he’s not working out, you can find Noah practicing Yoga, attending sports events, or catching a concert with friends.
