About Dobbin & Sullivan

Dobbin and Sullivan commenced trading in 1991 and were originally based in Docklands, before relocating to Stratford in 2001. We have experienced severe property recessions and boom markets, but we remain a successful and proud firm of Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Advisors. During our existence we have dealt with all types of commercial property including offices, shops, warehouses, factories, open sites, nurseries and many more. This range of experience gives us a vast knowledge on which to base our continuing advice to clients. Our local market has changed enormously since we moved to our High Street Stratford location and during this process we have seen, and been involved in, a large amount of development and gentrification including, of course, the hosting and legacy of the London Olympics. These experiences have honed our ability to acknowledge and react to changing markets, whilst still maintaining a high quality of advice. We continue to provide a personalised and approachable service where clients can select the correct level of input for their particular requirement. Our expertise and experience enable us to provide a comprehensive and diverse range of commercial property solutions with successful outcomes.
