Dobbins Construction was founded on the desire to do things differently to change the construction industry for the better, one project at a time. We believe that construction projects don't have to mean frustration, conflict, delays and unexpected costs (that could have been prevented with better planning or foresight). Not by a long shot. Dobbins Construction offers an alternative. We offer collaborative partnering arrangements for organisations and developers who have the desire to experience a better planned, designed, managed and delivered building project that CAN run on time and within budget. Specifically, our team brings the experience and skills of working with Tier-2 construction companies on large projects to the small to medium ($2M - $10M) commercial, residential and infrastructure building space. Our team are passionate about the process of building (and all that it entails) and getting it right! We achieve this through better planning and clear expectations right from the outset, which results in a better build experience for everyone. A different experience, one that, we believe, will benefit both our clients and the industry in the long term.
