We provide a cloud based document management and workflow system for the Insurance Industry, specifically North American Transportation. The web-based system encompasses, Insureds, Local Agents, Wholesale Agents, Brokers & Carriers, a hub for all parties to collect, store and produce documentation, a "Policy Network" streamlining the whole process. Overview; Stores Insurance documentation in a secure online document management system. Collects data from each individual Insurance policy to create real-time reports. A workflow system which handles any mid-term change that can be submitted by any user in the network via their portal login. We cannot deny the fact that the Insurance market is slowly adapting to modern technology, winning business is not always down to a competitive premium, but client service and making sure that the insured is sufficiently covered. Our opinion; as a market place, each party involved has one primary service and unfortunately, issuance of policy documentation, binding and post binding are not the immediate primary services of any party involved and is very much a back office operation. Our vision is that the Insurance market will outsource technical services to third-party administrators and management companies, which in turn will save intermediaries time and money so they can concentrate on their primary service and USP's. Our mission is to create an innovative, seamless and efficient environment for all parties, from underwriters, brokers, third-party loss adjusters to wholesale and local agents. An environment that can be tailored to each brokers needs and that can accessed anywhere in the world via a web-based portal log in.
