Founded in 1998, Dolmen Insurance Brokers has grown from a small team in Artane, Dublin, to one of Irelands leading Insurance brokers with 100+ employees and operations in both Ireland and the UK. Our journey began with just two staff members, filling a local need in an area with no brokers. As demand grew, we expanded opening an insurance shop in 1999, acquiring Rooney’s of Swords (NRG) in 2001, and CU Safe in 2015, which specialises in insuring Credit Union members. Our commitment to exceptional service has driven continuous growth, with office space now exceeding 7,500 sq. ft. and plans to expand our team by 30 in the coming years. At Dolmen, our success is built on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. As a fast-growing, progressive broker, we remain committed to delivering comprehensive insurance solutions and maintaining outstanding customer care at every level.
