By embarking on the adventure to re-awaken a neglected estate in Southern France, we followed our souls’ calling to do what we love. As part of our ongoing journey, we host bespoke retreats for individuals and small groups in our French home. Our dream is to help people find their way back home to Self. It’s a journey of reconnection, healing, and discovery, and everything we offer is designed to support that. From the grounding practice of forest bathing, which immerses our guests in the calming embrace of nature, to the philosophy of wabi-sabi that celebrates imperfection and beauty in the moment, to the creativity and insight unlocked through SoulCollage® and dreamwork, each element is crafted to guide our clients inward. At the heart of it all is Internal Family Systems therapy, a transformative approach that helps explore and heal the many parts within us, fostering a deep sense of self-compassion and wholeness. What makes it even more special is that our retreats take place in a real home—an authentic, lived-in space that reflects the wabi-sabi spirit itself: warm, imperfect, and profoundly welcoming. It’s a place where you can let your guard down, breathe deeply, and truly feel at ease. Because finding your way home to Self starts with feeling at home, right where you are.
