“We gather people in inspiring, nature-rooted spaces we’ve designed to reconnect, explore and rise.” Dome Experiences is a new kind of destination in the Irish countryside — a place to gather with intention, enjoy meaningful moments, and feel fully present. It’s not a typical retreat, nor a conventional team offsite. It’s something else — elegant, joyful, and deeply human. We host immersive day experiences for individuals, couples, women’s circles, small teams and private groups — from elevated hen celebrations, to intimate family gatherings, and strategic executive conversations. At the heart of it is Sonia Gagé, a founder who carved her own path — beginning at Club Med, evolving through media, and eventually leading high-performing teams at Google and Pinterest. Without a formal degree but with a strong vision, she built a career on the belief that we can shape the life we want. Dome Experiences now offers others a space to pause, realign, and move forward with intention. Inspired by the lifestyle principles of the world’s longest-living communities — connection, movement, meaning, simplicity and joy — each experience follows a curated circuit through our purpose-designed domes. Along the way, there’s space for conversation, reflection, and moments of gentle restoration. The venue is also available for private hire — ideal for facilitators, creatives or families. It is fully equipped for hybrid events, workshops, livestreams and recordings. We can’t wait to welcome you here in Glasson.
